The Outward Bound Leadership Academy is a new initiative aimed at providing meaningful leadership and professional development opportunities to staff at all levels across the OB Network.
Our programs focus on the OBUSA core competencies: Cultural Competence, Collaboration, Communication, Conflict Management, & Self-Management and are built to help staff in developing the skills, knowledge, tools, and community needed to lead
equitably, sustainably, and intentionally.
