This program is designed for those with a combination of experience and education that puts them 1-2 years away from being prepared to join their senior leadership team or those newly promoted to their senior leadership team.Approval/endorsement from your Executive Director is required to participate in this program.

October 2026 - July 2027. An official program calendar will be available soon.

Each School and OBUSA will have one (1) participant slot in the pilot cohort for a maximum of 10 participants.

The program will be run entirely online with both synchronous and asynchronous content. At this time, there are not plans for any in-person components.

Free – the cost of the pilot program will be covered by OBUSA, a savings of over $7,500 per participant. Schools will be responsible for compensating participants from their school for the time spent attending program events and doing work for the program.
